Devcenter decided to conduct a survey into the Nigerian Developer Ecosystem (have I said I dislike that word?). Anyway, some of the results were quite surprising but most of it was not. We all know that Nigerian developers are not paid enough, 73% agree with about 92% pocketing less than $1000 (today’s rates) per month.
90% are male (how shocking!), 93% are self-taught while 92% develop for web. Don’t let reel it out. Do check out the infographic below.
