Some days ago, we broke the news of the TECNO Phantom 6 and 6+ and they have launched a few days later, in far away Dubai as TECNO looks to expand to other markets.
Now we have a review unit. Below are our first impressions.
- TECNO is determined to feel and stay premium with respect to its flagships.
- The TECNO Phantom 6 Plus is every inch a beast. With a deca-core processor and 4GB RAM, I am yet to experience a lag of any sort.
- It is going to be slightly difficult borrowing chargers with this one. Your charger will be safer because it will be useless to most.
- Have I mentioned that the sound production is awesome?
- The camera is looking good so far, I took the picture below with it earlier today.

- Android 6.0 Marshmallow
- 6.0″ Full HD Screen
- 2.0 GHz Deca-core Processor

- 8MP front-facing camera with flash

I’ve been using the wrong phones so far. This TECNO ? 6+ is simply it. Where have you been all my life? Why? I am an audiophile. Go figure.

50 apps opened & running, 3 games inclusive & I have not felt any lag on this TECNO ? 6+. With ten cores and 4GB RAM, I didn’t expect less.

So it gets warm as a result of Football Manager 16, Asphalt 8 and Need for Speed running with 47 other apps but that is to be expected, no?
